  2. PIET MONDRIAN (1872-1944) • Pintor vanguardista holandés. • Es principalmente conocido por sus pinturas no figurativas, a las que llamó composiciones, que consisten en formas rectangulares en rojo, amarillo, azul y negro, separadas por gruesas líneas rectas negras.
