3. Report Builder • Phase 1 of several phases moving toward User-defined reports. • For now, applies only to a subset of existing reports (mostly under Activity Tab). More will come later. • Allow for re-sorting, re-labeling, column deletion, limited column addition. • Starts with standard report , saved per company.

11. Plan -> Exercise Payment & Share Election Screen From this screen, users can control the payment method dropdowns on the Exercise Detail page (by award type).

12. Exercise List • Added Exercise Sequence Number, Status, Date Approved, Date Transferred, Date Traded. • On “Select Grant” popup, added Shares Exercised and FMV. FMV Must be populated or must exist in the system to continue. If you enter more shares exercised that exist on the grant, you will be capped at the exercisable shares.

Exercise Detail (cont’d) • Share Elections • Ability to specify an Election, then the Grant Price Payment, Tax Payment Method, and Share Election Options. • Elections are pulled from Plan Payment Parameters selections • New: For Stock Swap, Attestation and Surrender (must enter shares) capability. • Same 83b Capture. The screen also shows you your currently selected options (in this case, Unspecified).

17. Exercise Detail (cont’d) • Broker Trade Activity • Track Other Shares Sold/Price, Cash From Account and Fees associated with transaction. • Will also allow for Same Day Sale of shares and a Settlement Date.

Exercise Detail (cont’d) • Additional Notes: • Exercise Tax Treatment Flag on Participant Record: • 1099 Flag on Participant Record • Where the Participant Record “Exercise Tax Treatment” is set to Form 1099, no Tax Items should be created for the Exercise. • Hold the Exercise Tax Treatment Flag of “Form 1099 Applicable” • Note that the “Payroll Withholding” flag on the participant record should be ignored during exercise processing.
