DÉFINITION un trouble acquis du comportement gestuel qu’il s’agisse de mouvements adaptés ŕ un but ou de la manipulation réelle ou mimée d’objets, ne s’expliquant ni par une atteinte motrice, ni par une atteinte sensitive (Déjerine, 1914), ni par une altération intellectuelle importante, ni encore par l’existence de troubles majeurs de la compréhension et survenant lors de la lésion de certaines zones cérébrales.
