Project proposals(1/2) • Earth is the water planet • Land: the earth's surface by 29.2% • Marine: 70.8% of the earth's surface • Salt water (ocean) accounted for 98% of water bodies • Freshwater 2% • Direct use (groundwater, river water, lake water) accounted for only 0.5%
Project proposals(2/2) • Taiwan's water demand • Water available per person per year 4,090 m3 • The ultimate goal is to be set up on the rooftop rainwater harvesting devices through various schools, so that Taiwan's water resources due to insufficient capacity of the reservoir is not caused by seasonal water shortages.
Preliminary experimental idea • Use Buret assumptions rain or showers to heavy rain falling and the situation. • Let the rain fall in a position to put waterwheel generators. • Place sand and water filtration cotton • The electricity produced by the generator, linked to rechargeable battery storage. • After listening to the teacher to review our proposal, we have decided to change the design.
