  2. FIJACION DEL TET • Valorar la fijación y cambiarla cada vez que lo requiera

  3. PERMEABILIDAD DEL TETPERMEABILIDAD DEL TETEl TET establece una conexión directa entre el ambiente y la tráquea, por lo tanto se anulan los mecanismos utilizados para calentar y humidificar el aire inspirado y para la eliminación de las secreciones.

  4. HUMIDIFICACION • Existe una relación directa entre temperatura y humedad. • La falta o el exceso de humedad implican riesgos: • 1-El gas caliente y seco tiene un efecto acumulativo, aumenta la osmolaridad del moco, se encapsula produce daño celular. • 2- El gas frío y seco ulcera la tráquea, la erosiona.

  5. HUMIDIFICACION • OBJETIVO: • Prevenir o corregir el déficit de humedad ( la diferencia entre el contenido de agua del gas inspirado y el del gas completamente saturado a 37º) durante la administración de gases en ARM.
