The main objectives of the eCommunity project: • Promote sustainable and democratic urban planning using ICT • Promote concept of e-democracy • To raise public awareness and involvement • To create a system for planning
The eCommunity project consists of different packages • Management • Creation of user interface • Creation of process layer • Creation of database layer • Integration of system • System launch in Narva • Dissemination • System launch in society level
