  7. House of Representatives 435 members Based on State’s Population Speaker of the House is the Leader To Pass a Bill, Majority Rules Needs to be a Citizen for at least 7 years 25 years old minimum Live in the State they represent No limit on terms

  8. Congress Can Override a Presidential Veto By a 2/3 majority Vote
