Outreach Campaign Goals • Open more bank accounts at partner branches. • Keep those new accounts open for at least a year. • Develop best practices for reaching the unbanked.
Overview • Train bank and credit unions on BOCT and customer literacy. • Distribute new BOCT brochures. • Update the Bank Locator Tool. • Encourage the unbanked to visit partner branches through incentives. • Spread the word about BOCT through media and grassroots outreach.
