Border Conditions May 20, 2011 and September 5, 2011 • Over 96% of the time at least one crossing is available without delay for passenger and commercial vehicles to the U.S and Canada • 84% of the time there are no delays at any of the crossings • Holidays and weekends account for 52% of the delays • Traffic redistribution is effective for reducing delays
