Objectives: • Participants will be able identify ways to work in the collaborative effectively so every stakeholder’s needs are met. • Participants will recognize how to lead the collaborative without always stating that they are the “LEAD” partner. • Participants will know how to effectively collaborate on initiatives to drive student achievement.

Fourth Partner and Team Norms School Partner • Maintain open communication with building administrators (grade level principal and/or head principal). • Request permission for ALL DIPLOMAS NOW/Talent Development events and activities (DON’T ASSUME). • Serve as a building staff not just as a DIPLOMAS NOW/Talent Development employee. Norms • Come up with norms as a DN/TD team. • Remain consistent with norms at all meetings.
