  3. The STAMP • Grant from 2011 Student Sustainability Fund • Multi-unit Collaboration • 17,000 guest on average per day to Stamp • 10 food court vendors, full service restaurant and large scale catering kitchen

  4. STAMP STUDENT UNION LOADING DOCK- Retro-fit • Loading Dock Modifications • New Compactor for Organics

  6. STAMP STUDENT UNION – FOOD COURT • Post-Consumer Compost Collection • Utilized existing collection bins to create sorting stations

  7. Initial tweaks… • We make 3 stops • Tray displays
