  4. QuickBooks Demographics • Small to medium size business • 1 to 20 employees • Younger small business owners • Age 25 to 54 • Operate on full-time basis • One location Quicken Users:- Smaller Biz (1-2 employees)- Part-time - Services Only- Older- Managing personal and biz finances

Quicken vs. QuickBooks Accounting Systems do the following: • Accurately measure your profits and financial condition • Produce checks, invoices, customer statements • Keep detailed records of assets (inventory) and liabilities Quicken is a good fit for personal finances, or a very small services only business. Quicken can’t do #3, so if you need to track anything other than cash… choose QuickBooks.
