  16. Transcript Process • Signed Yellow form- MUST ACCOMPANY each request • Senior courses in progress • Activity Profile – Template on the webpage • Secondary School Report aka Counselor/Teacher forms • Transcript fee- includes postage for transcript • 9x12 envelope

  17. Transcript Process • Student MUST Address Envelopes- 1. Transcript 9x12 $0.25 (one for each college) 2. Traditional Recommendation letters – postcard combo $1.00 - (how many??)

  18. Recommendation Letters • Teachers- Student should have requested last year with activity profile and teacher prompts • Counselors- Student and Parent Brag Sheets due now! Can be found on the website • The Common Application and teacher/counselor “optional” online recommendation – How does a student know who needs envelopes?

  19. Transcript ProcessDEADLINES Drop off in Guidance before or after school only! Adhere to published transcript request deadlines See printed material and website Give extra time for the new Common Application
