  6. Workload Per Examiner • 2005 analysis • 550 cases needs 156 Examiners • Currently there are 131 Examiners • Review of Examiner processes to eliminate duplicative or unnecessary steps. “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” ~Theodore Roosevelt

  7. Telecommuting Proposals • 28 members in pilot project • Examining and CMO Proposed Pilot: 80 staff members Claims Case Assembly CMO

  8. Cost Effective • Lease Expenses • Utilities • Office furniture • Shared workstations • Reduce office size The challenge is obtaining appropriate laptops to meet Board needs.
