  7. SWOT Analysis • Opportunities • Conferences & tabletops • Increasing support from local industry • Threats • Members have less and less time to devote to volunteer activities • Membership is not growing in the USA

  8. Chapter Plans / Issues • Looking into new and/or renewed venues for meetings (Met Labs, El Gallo Mexican Restaurant & etc.) • Investigating network opportunities with Texas University (Professors contacted have not been very responsive to email)
