Undergraduate Student Satisfaction Survey Spring 2011 - 2013 Key Factors

This study conducted from Spring 2011 to 2013 at NJIT identifies key factors influencing undergraduate student satisfaction. The research focuses on the relevance of coursework to careers, quality of instruction, academic advisement, campus life, billing procedures, website usability, building conditions, and registrar services. Using SPSS regression models, academic and cultural variables predicting overall satisfaction were analyzed. Findings aim to enhance institutional planning and student support services for improved satisfaction.
