PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Student Services & Central Administration LAS POSITAS COLLEGE May 21, 2012 • Project Team: • Architect: Steinberg Architects • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: Zovich Construction • Project Update: • Storefront installation is complete. Glazing is 95% installed in the Storefronts. • Curtainwall installation is complete. Glazing is 75% installed in the Curtainwalls. • Interior framing is 95% complete. Sheetrock installation and taping on the 2nd floor is 80% complete. Single side of sheetrock is underway on the 1st floor. • Data cable is continuing to be pulled throughout the second floor. • Elevators installation has started. • Mechanical units were delivered and installed on the roof. Ducting is underway. Occupancy: Spring 2013

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Science Building, Phase II LAS POSITAS COLLEGE May 21, 2012 • Project Team: • Architect: Kwan Hemni • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff • Contractor: Broward Builders, Inc • Project Update: • Interior Casework, Lighting and Fume hoods are installed. • Ceiling Tiles are installed in all rooms, Power to building complete, Elevator installed • Stair Treads and Guardrails are completed. • Greenhouse installed. • Exterior and Interior Painting is complete. Restrooms completed. • 2nd floor classrooms are completed, with furniture staged. • Storefront installation and Glazing Completed. • Exterior Hardscape and Flatwork is being completed. Occupancy: 09/2012

Project Update: • Project was Bid on March 13, 2012 and Contractor was Board Approved April 17, 2012. • Construction Starts May 29, 2012 • Occupancy: 10/2012

PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT Photovoltaic System Phase II LAS POSITAS COLLEGE May 21, 2012 • Project Team: • Design Build Contractor: Cupertino Electric Inc. • Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff Project Update: • Fencing Completed. • Racking System and Array installation is completed. • Inverters and Transformer installed and completed. • New Switchgear tie in May 20, 2012. • Operational: February 2012
