  4. A “Proper” Marriage Elements of a marriage that’s “right” in the sight of God. • Man-Woman. Husband is the head, wife is submissive • Ephesians 5:23-25 • Husband is a good provider; wife takes care of the home • I Timothy 5:8; Titus 2:5 • Husband and wife understand their responsibilities • I Cor. 7:3-5. Heb. 13:4
