Implications of Changes • Draft Workgroup Report to be submitted one month later (now September) • This results in Ofgem’s Mod decision being communicated in January rather than December (extended timescales included to account for Christmas period) • Licence Drafting has been removed from the critical path but has been replaced by the 56 day period of appeal of licence changes • The Licence and Methodology Statement Consultations occur in parallel following Mod Approval • The Implementation of Mod, Licence changes, revised Methodology Statements, revised GRDM & revised Charging Statement to be at the end of April, rather than at the start.
