  1. Ways To Bring Mindfulness To Your Yoga Practice Being mentally involved is important to seek thorough benefits from yoga practice. Ways to bring mindfulness to yoga practice are: 01 Your practice area should only contain yoga mat and props needed for practice. Remove all distractions from the area. 02 In the first few movements, begin to tap into how you feel. It will initiate the process of noticing and increasing your awareness. 03 Focus on every movement in yoga practice and try to align your body correctly according to the postures. Resist the urge to compete with others. 04 Keep a tab on points in the yoga practice where you get distracted.
