Nostudentorgroupofstudentsshall,throughphysical, written,verbal,orothermeans,harass,sexuallyharass, threaten,intimidate,cyberbully,causebodilyinjuryto, orcommithateviolenceagainstanyotherstudentor schoolpersonnel. Cyberbullyingincludesthetransmissionofharassing communications,directthreats,orotherharmfultexts, sounds,orimagesontheInternet,socialmedia,or other technologiesusingatelephone,computer,orany wirelesscommunicationdevice.Cyberbullyingalso includesbreakingintoanotherperson’selectronic accountandassumingthatperson’sidentityinorderto damagethatperson’sreputation.
