1.2 Roles definition The roles and responsibility are defined as follows. 1.2.1 Consulting company 1) Consulting company will manage the progress of overall consulting works. 2) Consulting team will carry out consulting works, identify customizing areas and design them. 2. Consulting scope and schedule • 2.1 Consulting scope • The scope of the project is the consulting service on client’s transaction work process and the implementation of proERP system. Also, the scope includes the consulting service on Database Service and Client Application under Client and Server environment and the deployment of proERP. The sub-system for system development is defined as follows.
