Introduction • Description: Our personal view, based on our experience, of adaptation and what are the factors, concerns, challenges and implications while dealing with eLearning • 1st goal: Get an overview of what are the different views on adaptive eLearning at OTEC • 2nd goal: Try to reach an understanding or even a starting common position on adaptation to establish a productive research group • Rules: 1 or 2 slides, 20 minutes maximum, 1 hot question at the end POP CORNS?
