Who is Campus Dining? What we do Support Cal Poly’s mission with food related products and services. How we do it Through a variety of food venues, services, programs, vending, catering, and more. Who we are A non-profit organization, part of Cal Poly Corporation, comprised of 100 full time staff, 108 intermittent, and 550 student employees. www.calpolydining.com

Local/Regional Food Sourcing • Breads and pastries are purchased from Edna's Bakery, based in San Luis Obispo • Seasonal seafood is purchased from Central Coast Seafood, based in Atascadero • Meats are purchased from Kaney Food Service Company, based in San Luis Obispo • Dairy products are purchased from Cal Poly and Producers Dairy, based in Fresno • Seasonal produce from the Cal Poly Organic Farm is purchased for Sage Catering, Sage Restaurant, and periodically other restaurants on campus • Over 100 brands of local, organic and/or sustainable products are sold throughout campus www.calpolydining.com
Composting, Recycling, & More • The composting program converts over 300 tons of your food waste into premium compost each year • Thousands of pounds of materials are recycled each year • Vehicle fleet program consists of • 15 electric vehicles • 2 biodiesel trucks • 15 regular gas fuel used primarily for local transport www.calpolydining.com
