Resident Salespeople • If we use the tools we’re creating today in the right way, we could turn our residents into the most effective sales/customer service team a city has ever seen. • To get there we have to teach the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHY of Tourism in Sierra Vista to as many people as possible. • It’s a BIG Challenge, but we’re up to it. Motivate: community members.
