EnhancingBusiness Culture 1 3 2 Actively Working to Recruit 15 Retail Businesses into the Area: involved in confidential meetings with site selectors and developers. Identifying Consumer Leakages: determine where & why consumers are taking their business outside of Sierra Vista. Business Retention & Expansion Program: utilizing & implementing community resources. We provide assistance every step of the way
SOLUTIONS: • Provided grant application assistance for a major City of Sierra Vista employer to fund job training. • Acquainted the Comfort Zone with the Good360 Program, resulting in Comfort Zone locations being approved for product donations from America’s top brands. • Partnered with Gabrielle Gifford’s Office to connect green technology contractors from Sierra Vista & the surrounding areas. • Fostered West End development through the management of the Revolving Loan Program to facilitate façade work for businesses in need. • Partnered with Gabrielle Gifford’s office as the voice & action liaison for local businesses effected by the HUBZone certification elimination. • Co-author of a weekly business education article in the Sierra Vista Herald.
