Moffett Library MISSION STATEMENT: • Moffett Library supports the teaching and research focus of Midwestern State University (MSU), a public liberal arts institution. • The Library serves undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff at MSU, regardless of location, as well as the Wichita Falls community at large. • Moffett Library encourages discovery, inquiry, and innovation with the ultimate goal of lifelong learning. • The Library’s Vision statement is: • “Your hub for reflection, inquiry and innovation. “
