Stronger bones and muscles are benefits produced by regular exercise. • Regular exercise will help prevent disease and illness. • 80% of year 10 boys and 60% of girls meet the requirements of one hour daily exercise. Percentage of male and female students in year 6, 8 and 10 participating in one hour of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day during summer school term.
