  2. We are planning to provide 30 senior workers aged 50 plus from 3 Lublin–based institutions with the following:

  3. 1. • a three-day weekend integration trip for workers of 3 different institutions • 3 trips each of 20 persons from one institution – 10 senior workers, 5 younger workers, 5 persons from managerial staff; • the aim of each trip is to overcome insecurity, relieve stress within the 50 plus group and enhance potential success in integration of different generations (intergenerational integration) by providing the group with teambuilding games during their stay.

  4. 2. • a free medical package for 30 project beneficiaries throughout the whole period of their support • 10 months

  5. 3. • manual therapy (hands-on physical intervention) • within the period of 6 months each beneficiary can use up to 20 hrs of massage

  6. 4. • Work Ability Indexself-assessment questionnaire (WAI) • done twice at the beginning and the end of the support period (turn of July/August 2011 and turn of March/April 2012)

  7. 5. • Motivational workshops with the support of MTBI psychometric questionnaire (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) • 3 groups of 10 persons each – 16 hours for each group

  8. 6. • Individual life coaching • 7 hours for each beneficiary • 10 months

  9. 7. • Insurance for each beneficiary for the whole period of his/her participation in the project • 10-11 months

  10. 8. • Aqua aerobic/swimming pool+sauna+jacuzzi/ aerobics/ tai chi/yoga • for seven months once a week – to be chosen by beneficiaries

  11. 9. • Vocational training • 50 hours of instruction for one participant • throughout the whole period of their support – 10 months

  12. 10. • ICT • 3 groups of 10 persons each – 30 hours of instruction for each group

  13. 11. • ‘Metamorphosis’ • a variety of procedures for look, body face, skin along with advice on the most suitable clothing; • one working day for one person.
