Hello everyone My name is Pawan. I am from Nepal
NEPAL • Nepal is land lock country. • Nepal is between India and China.
NEPAL • It’s beautiful country to live. • Nepal has highest mountain in the world.
MY FAVORITE SPORTS • Soccer is my favorite sport. • I am not good at it but I play for many teams. • I play in Nepal and in USA. • I play for schools, clubs, and our teams.
MY HOME IN NEPAL • I used to live in Refuge Camp. • I live there about 16 years. • Our parent live there about 18 years.
LIFE IN CAMP • Life in camp is hard to live. • We don’t have enough jobs and money to run our house. • We don’t have good Medicare and Hospitals.
FOODS FROM NEPAL • Most of the time Nepali people eat cooked rice and curry. • In ceremony or in party they eat Roti, momo, samosa, curry and other pickles.
WHAT’SIN NEPALI FOODS • SAMOSA: spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, ground lamb, ground beef or ground chicken. • MOMO: simple flour-and-water dough—white flour is generally preferred—and sometimes a little yeast or baking soda is added to give a more doughy texture to the finished product. • ROTI: sweet, ring-shaped rice bread/doughnut, prepared during Tihar, a widely celebrated Hindu festival in Nepal.
HOLIDAYS TO CELEBRATE • We celebrate many kinds of holidays. • LIKE : Dashra, Tehar, Holi, Charismas and etc.
GOALs IN AMERICA • First I want to finish high school and want to go to college. • I want to study theology in college.
MY OTHER GOALS • I WILL GO BACK TO NEPAL AND BHUTAN TO VISIT. • I WANT TO GO BACK TO OUR CAMP AND OTHER AMAZING PLACE IN NEPAL AND IN BHUTAN.
AFTER FINISHING MY GOAL • I will find job as pastoror theology teacher. • After few years later I will get married with my girlfriend and settle rest of my life in America.
