The Curriculum • There are no examinations until the summer of year 11 – except Science • All modular examinations have gone • Coursework stays but with some changes • BTEC courses have a 25% external examination • GCSE are harder to achieve
The Curriculum • English – was 60% coursework including speaking and listening, now effectively 35% coursework - or possibly iGCSE • Core Science sat in 2014, it can be sat again in 2015 but only in its totality • Options have settled down (?) • Year 10 have made a very good start
