How does Pinterest ingrate itself into social media? • When pinning images/website links to your board, most of them can be directly posted to facebook or twitter • Provides direct link to website – connect with target audience, drive website traffic, generates sales and leads • Example: Etsy & Modcloth • 7,000 pins since Fall 2011 • Builds E-commerce & Online community
