  4. YouthCentre The target group of tywc is 7-26-year-old from different socio-economic backgrounds from tallinn and harju county. • 7 youth centres • 2011 – 66 000 contacts • ~3200 card members (Youthcard of Tallinn youthcentres) • over 30 different clubs/studios
