  8. TAKE AWAY • THE HMOD PARTNER STATES NEED TO FOCUS ON WORKING TOWARD A NATIONAL HMOD PROGRAM. • NGS NEEDS TO BE PRO-ACTIVE IN SETTING THE COURSE THAT IS EQUITABLE TO ALL STATES AND SUPPORTS NHMOD.
