TGDC Lead Teacher Opportunity Example Here is an example for the whole year: If you are a continuing TGDC Lead Teacher, and have 6 teachers you are supporting at your school, you will spend 28 hours total (maximum) . • Providing technical support: 3 hrs maximum x 6 teachers=18 hrs • Issuing deadline reminders: 2 hrs maximum • Supporting online administration of the Stakeholder Feedback Survey : 2 hrs maximum • Providing feedback to Talent Management: 2 hrs maximum • Maintaining documentation: 1 hr maximum • Attending training: 3 hrs In-Person Training (TGDC103A for New Lead Teachers) or 1 hr Web-Based Training (TGDC103B for Continuing Lead Teachers)
