LRC Media Clerk Responds to Repair Ticket and assesses if they can complete the repair. District Tech Delivers Laptop to HelpDesk Issue Cannot be Repaired By SUSD HelpDesk Issue Cannot be Repaired By Media Clerk HelpDesk calls WWT/HP with machine inventory information. Media ClerkNotifies I.T. Site Tech. Issue is Diagnosed and Repaired. Issue is Diagnosed and Repaired by SUSD HelpDesk Issue is Diagnosed and Repaired District IT Department sends laptop to HP for Repair or Replacement Dist. Tech Returns Machine to LRC Media Clerk Closes Ticket/Notifies Student TechReturns Machine to LRC. Site IT Tech can not repair the laptop. Media Clerk notes damage in Destiny before the machine leaves for district. Student Retrieves Repaired Laptop and Returns to Class IT Notifies District Tech Once Machine Returns from HP Media Tech Closes Ticket/Notifies Student
