  1. Conas iógart a dhéanamh Cuir dhá spúnóg bhoird de bhainne púdraithe bearrtha, le 500ml (pionta amháin) de bhainne gan bearradh. Cuir an meascán ag fiuchadh le teas meánach ar feadh 30 soicind, ag síor mheascadh chun aon bhaictéar nár cheart a bheith ann, a mharú. Bí cúramach nach gcuireann sé thar maoil! Fuaraigh go 46-60°C. Roinn an meascán fuaraithe idir dhá eascra steirilithe agus cuir lipéid orthu: Tástáil 1 agus 2. Tástáil 1 : cuir 1-2 taespúnóg iógart beo ann Tástáil 2 : cuir 1-2 taespúnóg iógart steirilithe ann Measc an dá mheascán go maith ag baint úsáide as spúnóg a steirilíodh trí é a sheasamh in uisce fiuchta. Clúdaigh an dá mheascán le scragall alúmanaim. Cuir an meascán ar gor ag 32-43°C i mbáisín uisce te, ar feadh 9-15 uair an chloig go mbeidh sé sách ramhar.
