Filosofía La filosofía de la institución educativa Sebastián de Belalcázar se enmarca dentro de los fines de la educación colombiana, art. 67, constitución política, concordante con los artículos 1° y 5° de la ley 115/1994 y en la definición de educación contenida en la misma (art. 1°): La educación es un proceso de formación permanente, personal y socio-cultural, que se fundamenta en la concepción integral de la persona humana, de su divinidad, de sus derechos y sus deberes.
