  3. 1. Seek the achievement that misery can’t touch (6.22) “Upon gaining this he thinks there is no greater gain. Being situated in such a position, one is never shaken, even in the midst of greatest difficulty.”

  4. 2. The World is a station, not destination Life is a journey.But we often stay on emotionally at stations that we have passed physically long ago.

  5. 2. The World is a station, not destination (02.38) Do thou fight for the sake of fighting, without considering happiness or distress, loss or gain, victory or defeat—and by so doing you shall never incur sin.

  6. No external change can: 1. Harm our essence, our indestructible souls 2. Stop Krishna from loving us 3. Stop us from remembering Krishna and experiencing his loving shelter.

  7. Those who are seers of the truth have concluded that of the nonexistent [the material body] there is no endurance and of the eternal [the soul] there is no change. This they have concluded by studying the nature of both.
