Steps in using the RPL Sheet • Identify all units required • Copy-paste required units (“Paste Special – Values”) • Select units for specific student(s) • Update yellow copy with student info • Print out all copies on colour printer • Signatures on all copies • Data entry to SIS
Versions of the Credit Sheets • Single or multi versions of RPL form • Single version of other credit form • RPL form • 11 units per form, three copies • Multi has 3 sets of forms, 33 units, 3x3=9 • Multi copies info from first yellow to all 9 • Care with printing multi version
Issues outside the RPL Sheet • Assessor – teacher or HT • Delegate HT or AD • Student must sign (email possible but must be managed very carefully for audit) • Evidence required to be held with form • Copies of forms to be held correctly
