Company History Global Tecnologia em Reparos was founded back on July 1996, focusing his activities on the Pay TV segment, repairing all kind of electronic devices for the DTH (Satellite), Cable TV, and MMDS markets in Brazil. Located in the city of São Paulo, Global delivers today its maintenance services to all the major operators in Brazil, not only due its service quality, but also due to the fact that Global is an authorized repair center for the major hardware suppliers on the market : Motorola Broadband, Scientific Atlanta, Thomson Multimedia and Eastern Electronics for instance. Global therefore always applies original electronic components and follows standard engineering procedures developed by the original manufacturer.

Company History Our relationship with the original equipment manufacturer allows us to access up-to-dated software and hardware elements, assuring our customers to receive its equipment repaired according the best practices, recommended by the manufacturers itself, keeping in touch with the technology evolution. Regularly audited by the engineering sector from the original manufacturer, Global Tecnologia em Reparos holds outstanding position on Quality & Reliability area. Management and statistical reports are supplied by Global for every item, for booth: customer and manufacturer, allowing complete tracking of each individual equipment regarding warranty, components and services applied.

  8. Services : Integration and repair on Headend systems We are fully prepared to help any operator to fix, test or integrated any Headend elements, as also to supply remote technical support. We may also provide training on demand.
