Lessons learned • Physical exercise is free of charge • Jogging shoes is the only need • Tiredness and motivation are the main causes not to exercise • More difficult to start when I delay the problem • I have always time for exercise - it is about priority • Important to make realistic goals and increase the demands when goals are achieved!

Suggestions for improvement without taking away hobbies • Get help with cleaning • Stop watching television (=TV) • Have more meals together, for instance try to have breakfast together • New PDSA-cycle includes testing of new ideas
