  3. DEKAN Prof.Dr. Sukrisno Agoes, Ak.M.M. Prof Dr Sukrisno Agoes, Ak, MM adalah pendiri perusahaan ini. Beliau memperoleh gelar PhD di bidang audit dari Universitas Padjadjaran - Bandung. Judul Tesisnya adalah 'Pengaruh Standar Audit Penerapan Quality Control, Standar dan Audit Mutu Layanan di Trust Pengguna Eksternal Auditor's Report (Sebuah Survei Akuntansi Perusahaan Publik di Pasar Modal Anggota Forum Akuntan di Indonesia)'. Dia pernah menjadi Ketua Komite Ethique Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) untuk periode 1994-1998 dan Wakil Ketua Komite SPAP untuk periode 1999-2001.
