  1. 2013 Spring RECITAL PARTICIPATION AND RECITAL FEE FORM BNM Dance Academy anticipates holding our annual Winter dance recital at Porter Sanford Theater, on Saturday, May 4th, 2013. We anticipate one (1) show at 4:00 pm. The show is approximately 2 hours in length with a 15 minute intermission. BNM Dance Academy charges a $135.00 per performer recital fee for all participants dancing in our annual recital. This recital fees is charged to offset costs including but not limited to auditorium time and rental, mandatory labor union costs, insurance, 2 tickets to recital, Recital T-shirt, Trophy, Medal, Dance Tights and Accessories, Recital DVD, security and backstage help for our performers. Along with considering the costs of time and money of the recital, consider that each year, even with the many flyers, newsletter and web postings, many students, parents, families and friends still neglect to buy their recital tickets on time. Each year we remind everyone that the show SELL OUT within the first weeks that tickets become available. The show is sold on a “First come, First served” basis. For that reason, BNM cannot guarantee any parent, family member(s), or friends tickets to the annual dance recital, even if a recital participation fee has been paid or costume purchased. We encourage you to check your calendars for ticket sales date and do not hesitate when planning to purchase your tickets. RECITAL FEES AND COSTUME FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, even in the situation where a student, parent, family member or friend has not acted quickly so as to procure tickets to the show. When remitting your recital fee, please pay by separate check to BNM Dance Academy and note “Recital Fee” and performers name in the memo area of your check. More than one performer’s recital fee may be paid per check. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE RECITAL FEE ON THE SAME CHECK AS COSTUME FEES OR REGULAR CLASS TUITION PAYMENTS.
