Section 100 105.14- All vehicles performing traffic control activities to be equipped with high-intensity warning lights per MUTCD 107.10- Submit damage claims to the Contractor’s insurer and provide proof of damage claim submissions, if requested by the Engineer, within 15 calendar days of the request 109.05- The Department can no longer withhold retainage on the Contractor. Partial Payments are subject to correction in any payment following the discovery of an error or defective work

Plant Mix PavementSection 405 • 405.03- Per AGC Request: • PG binder can bump one grade higher on high temp side • PG binder can bump one grade lower on low temp side • 405.03- Gmm value for test strip test section is the avg. • calculated for the test section • 405.03.H- Contractors can use C-JMF (rather than the JMF) • for test strips if pre-approved • 405.03.H- Requires additional volumetric test strip only • if binder or aggregate source changes • 405.03.H- Density test strips must be to same width and thickness • as represented lift
Section 409- Portland Cement Concrete Pavement • Subsection 409.03- Specifies single cut relief joint • width and depth • Use hot poured elastomeric joint sealer • meeting 704.03 • No backer rods will be used
