  2. Scana Group Overview • In 2011 Scana Industrier ASA had an annual turnover of NOK 2,05 B (approx. Euro 268M) and 1,888 employees world-wide. • The head office is in Stavanger, Norway, a major, strategic Norwegian commercial and industrial hub and one of Europe’s main centres for offshore oil and gas activities. • Today we operate companies in Norway, Poland, Brazil, Singapore, Sweden and China. • Since 1995 we are listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange. • Established in 1987, we started off providing products and services to the oil and gas industry. • Today we develop & produce specialized, high-end steel components and advanced systems for the global marine, oil and gas, energy & steel industries
