Naval ReserveGenerating Capability Capability /kaypuh'biluhtee/ noun, plural capabilities. • 1. the quality of being capable; capacity; ability. • 2. the quality of admitting of certain treatment. • 3. (usually plural) a quality, ability, etc., that can be developed or used. Output /'owtpoot/ noun, verb, output, outputting. • 1. the act of turning out; production. • 2. the quantity or amount produced, as in a given time. • 3. the product or yield, as of a mine (or the Naval Reserve).
