  4. Animals, Plants, & Natural Resources There are many plants, animals and natural resources, but i will tell you about the more interesting ones. For instance the fennec is an animal native to tunisia and it can live up to 14 years and weigh up to 21 lbs. In addition, Petroleum is a natural resource that is commonly known as oil. Also, barite is a natural resource too. Barite is a crystal with a chemistry number of BaS04. Next, the Arabis Tunetana can grow up to 20 to 40cm tall. In conclusion… those are the some of the plants, animals, and natural resources in Tunisia.

  5. Flag The Tunisian flag is very important to the tunisian culture because of the star, crescent, and white circle. The Tunisian flag is red because it is the traditional color of Islam. In addition, the crest and star are lucky symbols of Islam. By the way, the white circle represents the sun. Finally, the Tunisian flag is one of the oldest flags in the world. In conclusion, those are some ways how the tunisian flag is important to their culture.

  6. Government 1. The capital of Tunisia is Tunis. 2. Tunisia gained independence on January, 26 2014. 3. The national symbols are the red star and crescent. 4. The national anthem is called” Humat Al Hima.” 5. Suffrage; 18 years of age.

  7. Religion Tunisia may not have a lot of Christians, but it has a lot of Muslims. Most people in Tunisia believe in paradise or hell. However some believe in Eternal heaven or hell. Also, some muslims believe in the Qur’an, but some believe in the bible. Tunisians believe in the five pillars of Islam. In conclusion, those are what Tunisian people believe because of their religions.

  9. Human & Physical Features Tunisia may not have the best numbers for human and physical features,but compared to other countries in Africa it is good. First of all the population of Tunisia is 10,105,000 compared to the US it is 299,846,000. However, the life expectancy is closer at 73.9 and the US is at 78.2 years. The birthrate for Tunisia is 16.7. The infant mortality rate is 19.8 per every live birth. Finally, the total square miles in Tunisia is 63,170.
