GSTOP – Chapter 7 - Data Archiving and Sharing • Specifications state: The primary datasets that need to be shared on a daily basis are the fire perimeter and fireline data layers. • Post these data on a designated ftp site (e.g., ftp://ftp.nifc.gov) or Web site. • Many applications and sites depend on this: www.geomac.gov, www.inciweb.org, + many within the fire community
