Operational Objective 3 CONS-O-8 Number of affected country Parties, subregional and regional entities to have established and supported a national/subregional/regional monitoring system for DLDD • Check glossary to find out exact definition of monitoring system for DLDD and knowledge-sharing system! • For DCP the national contribution to global target only by supported DLDD specific monitoring system! • Technical issue: for ACP voluntary n.t. is enabled in case country chooses “no” for existence of DLDD specific monitoring system • Continue reporting on same system reported in the past • Linkage with CONS-O-11: information on knowledge-sharing system
OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE 4 CONS-O-13 Number of countries, subregional and regional reporting entities engaged in building capacity to combat DLDD on the basis of the National Capacity Self-Assessment (NCSA) or other methodologies and instruments • Use Unified Financial Annex to verify the DLDD related capacity building activity ! • Only projects with capacity building as the main objective should be counted • Differentiate the methodology of the identified project (NCSA or other) • For reporting info of at least one project is needed, more details to be provided in a separate box • For DCP to be complemented by info from ACP and other reporting entities
